Residential Investment Advisor Chika Mori is a specialist in residential properties, catering to clients seeking primary residences, second homes, or investment opportunities. With a focus on residential income properties, she serves the South Bay region of San Francisco and extends her expert services throughout the U.S.

Holding a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Nevada Las Vegas, Chika has a corporate background in Internal Auditing as a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Project Management Consultant with prestigious firms across the USA, Japan, and Singapore including Deloitte & Touche and PriceWaterhouseCooper Co. 

 With experience spanning the gaming, manufacturing, hospitality & tourism, cosmetics, and healthcare industries, Chika brings a wealth of knowledge and investment strategy to every transaction, as well as precise valuation and exceptional client relations. A native of Okinawa, Japan, Chika is fluent in Japanese & English, and is instrumental in helping international clientele with foreign investment. Chika is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and also a CCIM candidate.

Currently, she serves as President of the Silicon Valley chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), one of the largest Asian American non-profit real estate professional trade organizations in the country, and is a Board Director of the Japanese American Museum of San Jose, a member of the Global Business Council at SILVAR, and a volunteer at the Northern California Okinawa Kenjin-Kai.
