          Atsuko Yube is the Broker/Owner of Global Estate Link of Silicon Valley. If you're looking for a broker to help with your Commercial Real Estate investments, Atsuko specializes in Multi-family & Hospitality Investments primarily for the International market, and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).  As a native of Japan, she is fluent in both English & Japanese --- and with her understanding of the language, culture, and business practices, she serves a large number of institutional and individual clients from Japan and other Asian countries.

           Her love for U.S. - Japan relations began just out of college, while helping her father manage his Import Export business, which she helped expand, and later started her own trading company.  She is known throughout the industry as a strong negotiator and marketer, moving over $40 million in commercial assets (even during a pandemic), and ranking Top 5 Broker nationwide within the SperryCGA network of Commercial Investment firms.  Prior to becoming a Real Estate broker, she owned a successful mortgage company, which was merged to S&P 500's Wells Fargo Bank.

       Focused on building long lasting relationships, built on trust, she offers each client personalized customer service, according to their customs, while providing the intel and analytics to ensure her clients have an inside track to off­-market deals, the best regions to invest in the U.S., and access to the resources needed for a successful sale.        Atsuko is a long-time member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), where she served as National Treasurer, and was one of the founding members of AREAA Silicon Valley where she also served as Chapter President. Currently, Atsuko is a Board member of AREAA Global Inc. and the National Commercial Committee. She is also the Chair of the Global Business Council at SILVAR, and member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Northern California.
