PK Patel operates as CEO of Global Estate Link and Founder of Oasis Hotels, a division of Oasis Enterprises.  As an entrepreneur, PK's portfolio spans many different business arenas. With expertise in Real Estate Development and Hotels, he develops, owns and manages hotels, which is an industry that he learned all aspects  from the ground up, empowering him to make the most of a hands-on education in hospitality operation & management.  As a liason and advisor for international investors seeking to develop, sell, or acquire hospitality assets in the U.S., he has a proven track of record of success in helping his clients maximize revenue, while minimizing risk.

PK is currently on the Board of Directors of Indian Community Center in the San Francisco Bay Area, Oakland Convention Center’s Visitor Bureau, member of The Indus Entrepreneurs, CREW, the Chamber of Commerce in Oakland & Alameda and the Ambassador for the American Asian Hotel Owners Association. He is also the President of Silicon Valley chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. He has completed an Economics Executive Program at Stanford University and is currently finishing MBA program at Harvard Business School.  Whether he is working as a real estate developer, an investor, or philanthropist, he continues a lifelong mission to pay-it-forward by creating new opportunities for both his clients and individuals seeking to improve their situation.
