            Atsuko Yube is the Broker/Owner of Global Estate Link of Silicon Valley. If you're looking for a broker to help with your Commercial Real Estate investments, Atsuko specializes in Multi-family & Hospitality Investments primarily for the International market, and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).  As a native of Japan, she is fluent in both English & Japanese --- and with her understanding of the language, culture, and business practices, she serves a large number of institutional and individual clients from Japan and other Asian countries. 

           Her love for U.S. - Japan relations began just out of college, while helping her father manage his Import Export business, which she helped expand, and later started her own trading company.  She is known throughout the industry as a strong negotiator and marketer, moving over $40 million in commercial assets (even during a pandemic), and ranking Top 5 Broker nationwide within the SperryCGA network of Commercial Investment firms.
